This is a course which covers the Hours of Service for drivers, Part 395.  This is a 6 hour course.

This course teaches managers and drivers:

• Hours of Service limitations for Property Drivers
• Hours of Service limitations for Passenger Drivers
• How to correctly and completely fill out the Record of Duty Status (Log Book)
• Short Haul exemptions, requirements, and Interpretation Questions ("When a driver does not need a Log Book")
• Record keeping requirements
• False Log Books (Preventing and Discovering)
• Automatic On-Board Recording Devices
