Friday, July 18, Saturday, July 19, and Sunday, July 20 (8am - 5pm each day)

This is a course which covers the majority of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.  This course is essentially the same course that Roadside Inspectors and Auditors (Federal and State) attend to become certified for Level 1 inspections.  This is a 3-day course.

• Hours of Service (Log Books, Time Cards, and exemptions)

  • Driver Qualification Files & Driver Investigation History Files   
  • Records of Duty Status (Log books) Files   
  • Drug Testing Files   
  • Vehicle Maintenance Files   
  • Files and Records retention periods   
• CSA and Safety Measurement System (SMS)
• Safety Management Processes (SMPs) and Safety Improvement Practices (SIPs)
